Who are we?

Helen Duffy - Founder and Programme Leader

Helen began her professional career in 2014 graduating from Bird College, before travelling to New York to complete a professional semester at Broadway Dance Centre, where her choreography was showcased at The Alvin Ailey Theatre.

Specialising in rhythm and tap dance, she has travelled internationally performing and teaching for the past 10 years as part of London based tap dance company "Old Kent Road" as well as German dance company "Sebastian Weber Dance Company", winners of the Saxon Dance Prize 2019.

As a teacher, Helen is based in South London and offers masterclasses across England at professional colleges and studios, as well as running regular weekly classes at local spaces including Pineapple Dance Studios.

After running some free classes for children in her local area, Helen noticed a huge gap in the arts sector for young people who may not have the opportunity to access regular creative opportunities. PACE is her new project aiming to give access to professional training, creativity and life-enhancing opportunities for these children.

All faculty members are experts in their field, having featured in West End Productions, International tours and educating students around the globe, offering a high calibre training that may otherwise not be accessible to our students.
